Senioritis. It will at one point or another hit all the seniors. Some are better at handling the obnoxious syndrome than others, but for the most part everyone will be affected. This is probably the time for professors to keep a look out for the ones who are falling off the bandwagon. Symptoms might include: laziness, an over-excessive wearing of sweatpants, old t-shirts, repeated absences, and an indifferent attitude. The only known cure for this crippling disease is of course graduation.
So what can these seniors do? Well that's easy, first, be proactive! Don't fall into the slump. Set that alarm clock and wake up to it. Grabbing breakfast before class may even put you in a better mood. Second, dress up! I'm not talking about everyday of the week, but possibly once a week (and I'm not talking about the weekends.) Actually putting on jeans and a semi-descent shirt may put you in a better mood. If you look good, you'll feel good. Finally, don't procrastinate! Organizing your schedule to better suit your coursework will help you to not postpone on homework, projects and exams.
Now all you seniors, who are starting to slack off so soon in the semester, get your life together.
